Yes, it's game related.. Sanspoof was the name of a racing cat owned by the cat tracks' owner (his favorite, actually.) The story of Sanspoof in the game is that he was killed during the maiden voyage of an airship built by the track owner when the airship fell from the sky and crashed onto the tracks.
